What to do if he or she is no more intrested in you ?

Intrest Is every thing. If you are actually intrested in any thing then you can do that thing more passionatly and happily . Similarly for a healthy happy relationship intrest must be there between two people.Happy Relationship is what ? Its actually a happy strong bond between two souls where they equally participate in everything . Where they equally gives everything to their relation ship but when their is no more intrest between two then their is no happy relation. So here iam going to discuss that if he or she is not intrested in you then what you need to do . Should you stay or Move on

1. Ask your partner :-

Ask him or her whats wrong ? May be there is some problem or issue or something is not good . Ask him or her why they are not showing any more intrest in you. May be their is some problem in their life or with you . So talk to them and clearify all matters

2. Give them space ;-

Everyone need their own space or time. Give them time and space so that they can live their life according to them . Give them their personal space and let them decide

3.Apply No contact rule:-

Stop contacting them . Apply no contact rule for 1 week . No msg,no calls nothing. Let them free and dont try to force them to be in your life . If they actually want to stay with you they will contact you or if not then bro he or she lost all intrest already and your turn now to be move on

4. Move on :-

When you come to know that they are actully not intrestd in you then its time to move on .leave the relationship and move on in your life and focus on your life and career

5. Block him or her everywhere:-

If someone is no more intrestd in you then their no point of you to disturb them again so just leave them and move on for that block them from everywhere. From social media to phone to mutual freinds and go ahead in your life and let them live their life

This is the most difficult phase in any one life where you give your 100% then you come to know that they are no more intrestd in you but this is not the end of life . Self love and self respect is more important than anything else so if they show no intrest in you then its your turn now to never disturb them again and let your life with happiness . Dont worry you will find someone who will love you till end and never lose intrest in you

So stay happy and strong and love your self . If they no longer need you then why you need them .
