How to be happy all the time ?

It’s not a big deal to always be happy
It is a matter of finding comfort in your heart, to convince yourself . Being happy all the time is a great quality . Being happy is not a big deal, but if seen, it is a very big thing, especially in today’s stressfull life . We have become so entangled in our relationships,in our lives,in our relationships that we are have just forgotten to smile .We work throughout the day, we become irritable, just in this our life has become entangled. Today we are going to talk about 7 diffrent ways with which you can always be happy .

1.Eat your favorite food. :-

I know you are wondering what is it, this is a small thing, we always eat it, but have you ever eaten the food of your choice with your own will. Have you ever eaten your favorite food for your choice without any reason,without any celebration ? I know now many will think that when did we eat last time, what was the reason and maybe alot of you will answer no in your mind at this time . So pick up the phone and go out to your favorite restaurant and eat your favorite food. Take yourself out on a date without any reason. Now at this time, I know that after reading this tip, many people are feeling very relieved and will be at a different level of happiness, so just imagine what kind of happiness that will be when you take yourself on a date without any reason, learn to relax yourself.

2. Just smile :-

Just stop, just think and give a sweet smile and see how beautiful you look. It is not necessary to have a reason to smile, now you can smile without reason, in the same time now you can be smiling while reading this article.

3. Appreciate yourself :-

When you come back from work and before going to bed at night, just sit on the bed and think about what you did all day and gives yourself compliment . Said to yourself that yes I did it today and I did very well . And im proud of myself

4. Distance yourself from the phone :-

Whenever you wake up in the morning, stop using the phone for 2 hours after getting up and 1 hour before bed . After following this routine for a while, you will come to know for yourself that there will be a very good change in your mood, one that is completely fresh and relaxed.

5. Let it go :-

It is not right to sit on anything that has already gone, just let it go. When we have a breakup or something bad happens in our life, we hold it and we sit and crying and we are upset. because of our past we spoil our present bt why ? . Life is the name of walking. DONT stop for someone else let him or her go

6. Make a to do list everyday :-

Get up in the morning and prepare a to-do list, write down what to do for the whole day today, when to do it, it will motivate you to do good and when you are already preplanned then their is not stress on your mind . your mood will be fresh.

7. Make new freinds :- make new friends; Invite people into your life. When new people come, then the experience will be new, no happiness, more joy . we will be able to learn much new things. We will new experince

And some quick-to-follow habits :-

1. Sleep early

2. Go out with freinds

3. Follow your passion or hobbies ;- Do whatever you want to do . If you want to sing then sing,dance then dance just follow what your heart says

4. Plan a trip and take a break from your busy routine

5. Dont take too much stress

6. Go on Long drive

7. Be grateful for your life

8. Think positive attract positve

Perfect life is nothing, life is always in which you are always smiling, happy, there is not much tension . We should put only as much load on our mind as it can handle . Always think before taking stress that do these things really
